1. Early in Jan 1954, the Supreme Council of State Works in the Caucasus condemned
the following to five years of forced labor:
19 physicians
27 technicians
143 kolkhoz members.
All these individuals have been stricken front the Communist Party lists and
probably been sent to Bokhara.
2. Charged against these individuals was refusal to fulfill their obligation to go
to work in regions which the Party rganiza.tion had selected for them,
