1. Trials of new Soviet rockets for stratospheric flight will take place in
April 1154 at Tashkent. The trials will be directed by Prof. Alex Sternfeld
of Moscow, and a delegation of Czechoslovak experts will be present. Soviet military
authorities in charge of stratospheric flight for military purposes will be
presented at the conference of Soviet scientists, which will take place at
Tashkent at the same time.
2. The conference and the trials have officially been designated as secret,
and the results will be communicated only to the Presidium of the Soviet
Aeronautical Club "V. P. Chakalov".
