I. The regiment has a staff consisting of: a political 25X1
section, with a l er, ogre er aries, four clerks and eight WOOS; a
training section with a head, three officers, five WCOs and three clerks; a
personnel section, with a head, four officers, four NCOs and four clerks;'a
defense section, consisting of a head and three officers; a finance section,
with an intendant, two attached officers and three assistants; a quartermaster
section of a head, two referendaries, five HCOs and three clerks.
3. There is a heavy machine gun battery, of four platoons, each having four squads,
each squad armed with a heavy AA machine gun.
4. The let Section, light, has three batteries, each with 100 to 110"men. Each
battery has three gun platoons, each platoon divided into three squads. This
section has a total of four Maxim heavy machine gone, eight Skoda light machine
guns and 18 automatic 37 = guns. The soldiers are armed with Russian M-48
rifles produced by Skoda. Each battery has an M-48 range finder.
5. The 2nd Section, medium, has three batteries, each consisting of four gun platoons.
Bach platoon is divided into four squads, in each case the let Squad being the
gun squad, the 2nd the munitions supply squad, the 3rd a range-finding and
observation squad, and the 4th a machine gun and security squad. The total
equipment of the section. is three Maxim heavy machine guns, six Sk9da light machine
guns and twelve 85 mm AL guns. Each battery has a range-finder and a calculator.

1. The barracks occupied by the AAA regiment at Kosice is on the southern edge of the
city, now the Kosioe4&ieke].o railroad, and road. It can take about 650 men.

6. The son wear black shoulder boards bordered in red. They belong to the classes
of 1930 to 1932 and 70 percent of them, are Osechs.
7. During the summer of 1953 reservists were taken in for refresher training from,
classes up to that of 1926. There was also a course for reserve officers. The
courses were in charge of a re3er. A special group to watch the reservists
was organised by the political officer. Lack of the three courses had 120 to
130 ambers and was divided into four platoons. These formations did not have
their own weapons, but used those of the regular patteries as needed. They
included officers from, other arms, who were required to take a basic AL..course.
8. During the first month all these reservists took basic infantry training.
9. The regiment is motorised, having eight armored cars, 21 trucks, and 16 Skoda
prise revers.
