The Polish-wovernment is doing everything in its power to get hold of R0eh ra X1

instructions to try to buyup raw materials.of this sort in small quantitie$, so
as not to attract attention. Leading Is to be done at sea and outside
territorial waters. Another method, sometimes used, is to export these comf?5Xlties
to some western country, and there reconsign them to Poland.

Chinese and Soviet Governments.
