1. There is a motorized rifle battalion .'.:~ the new barracks built between the
railroad line and the road running to Sxikeslehhrradr, south of the-railroad
station. It was brought in during the summer of-1953. The battalion has
about 744.E and is armed with AT guns of 57 and 7602 up, with 50 a and
82 sn mortars and a relatively large number of machine`pistols. There are
full equipsnnt march and battle exercises twice a week.
2. An LA unit (Abteiluag) is in the old barracks, south of the town.
