1. IrA a valley which branches out at
just before reaching KOivLO, a large and absolutely
u.p-toadate Coil Grading (softing) Plant has been built
along the liOIvif30VuR-~v~CSE1~J,i`'OS-1~Oi~,C' railwa_J line.

In order to provide a site for this plant the
valley, r hich at chat point iabout 180 m. wide:,
was fillet up. The brk r~zSZ ,i~Y '~.T~sI was covered
up and now flows underground. ui].ding oL erations
commenced in 1?50 or 951 and were corapleted in 1955.

This C.:al Grading Plan (fig.0 on tilt; attached
sketch) is a foul store- hih building cquippcd with

building built on the side of the hill.
