1. A Flotation (Flotacio) Plant for Ore Processing is located at Gyongyos-
oroszi. Gyongyosoroszi is approximately six kilometers north of Gyongyos.
The plant consists of several buildings. The tallest builaing is
approxititely three stories hit.:,h and of all brick construction. Many
zinc and lead mines were located in the vicinity of Gyongyosoroszi,
Gyonwiossolymos and Bagolyvar.
2. Tbe.Flotation Plant employs appro.dmately 200-300 workers who work six
days per week in three shifts. Tic flotation process is utilized to
enrich the ore which is brought in b-* trucks from the mines. \

3- the finished products axe exported to Poland and Bulgaria.
A single railroad track linP runs froLthe plant to Gyengyos. There also
is a gravel surfaced road.
4. The plant is under EUngarian sperviicr. nrbed wire encircles
which is guarded by AVE personnel.
