I have been assigned overall responsibility within the Agency for this effort and Dr. Robert W. Buchheim has been designated Chairman of the Ad Hoc Group. James R. Shea will be the ACDA member. It is requested that names of your representatives be telephoned to Dr. Buchheim's office (632-2069) not later than noon, Friday, March. 1. The first meeting is tentatively scheduled for Friday, March 1 at 3:00 p.m. in the ACDA Conference Room, Room 5941, New State Department Building.
