SUBJECT: Telephone Conversation with Captain Kleber Masterson,
Aide to the Secretary of the Navy
1. On 2 August 1978, I had a conversation with Captain Masterson.
We discussed when I would meet with the Secretary of the Navy and the
CNO per my request. The Secretary isn't available the last couple of
weeks in August. I said after I returned the second week 25X1
of September would be adequate. I Offered to os a lunch.
2. I told Captain Masterson that the subjects I wanted to discuss
a. CIA access to Navy data for analysis of Soviet
ASW capabilities;
