eparations for 1 August Presidential Briefing
1. Attached are packages on a number of subjects. My major concern
is that there are too many topics in this group for you to cover them
adequately. Accordingly I have made comments below to assist your
thinking about which ones to drop or defer. You also noted that you
wanted to cover and "Bucharest" tomorrow. I have no materials
for these two topics.
