The following briefing topics have been dropped from the list of active topics for the reasons indicated: A. Soviet Compliance with New Fishing Regulations. Covered in the PDB. B. The following topics are dropped because schedule revisions have produced a backlog of higher priority topics and because these topics are likely to be too time sensitive to use as filler items: (1) Southern Africa: Rhodesia vs. Guerrillas (2) Five-Power Conference on Africa (3) Cuban Developments (4) Chile - Authoritarianism vs. Democracy (5) Protected Villages in Rhodesia (6) Narcotics in Latin America (7) Portugal (8) Chad C.
