Attached is the 22 December memorandum showing where topics stand. Only the following require action on your part. 2. Please review the topic outlines and indicate any changes to be made: Modify as indicated on outline b. Sidney Zabludoff writes: "The continuing high level of West European unemployment and its political implications will unquestionably come up at any discussions on economic matters."
