1. Items that I may have forgot to mention to you
-Please translate all scales on maps and photos.
-Photos with translations will be picked up tlonday
morning.
-We may have to cycle through on the text translations
one more time. This depends on Mr. Carlucci's changes
over the weekend and coordination with State Depart-
ment. Hopefully the changes will be minor.
-I have indicated that we will try and supply the
translated texts by Monday evening.
-Could you supply the typing for the translations
from your office.
-Could you also be available to proofread the
translat d hotos and graphics before they go to
print.
