2. -Regarding the three-month projected printout, which we receive
the first. Wednesday of each month, I believe that this, too, will meet
our needs... In-order to make this more effective as a data base with
which to work in the future, however, I .would like to ask your assistance
in one regard..
a. Attached is a list of those items which had previously
appeared on the weekly runs, but which do not appear on
your three-month projection. (tie did have a much longer
list, but found that many of these had appeared in the
three-month projection.)
b. As these-are publications in which we have an interest,
I would appreciate a one-time check of this list and an
indication of whether these publications have been:
(1) published; (2) dropped; or (3) deferred into the
future beyond your three-month projection.
c. I realize this may take a little time, and I apologize
for any inconvenience it may cause, but it would be most
helpful in order, once and for all, to clear up this
list of "missing" publications. This will enable us,
hereinafter, to deal solely with the weekly list and the
monthly three-month projection.
