(a) the strategic. balance, and (b) the Warsaw Pact-NATO balance. Since
he has already done this outline you should, instead of developing an
outline of your own:
e Review his and note any suggested changes
o Pull together draft papers responsive to such a presentation
s Develop graphics (recall that the DCI has already provided
some guidance on SALT and TNF graphics)
and have your initial cut at this material ready for DCI review on 11
January.
