1. This document constitutes Amendment No. 12 to Contract
No. A-101 dated 31 March 1955, between The Ramo-Wooldridge
Corporation, Los Angeles, California, and the United States
of America.
2. Pursuant to the clause of this contract entitled "Changes"
the Government does hereby amend this contract, as heretofore
amended by Amendments Nos. 1 to 11 inclusive, as hereinafter
set forth.
3. Appendix I of the Schedule (Revised February 1957) is
hereby amended, as indicated in the attached document entitled
APPENDIX I - CHANGE ORDER NO. 2, such Change Order representing
additional work to be performed by the Contractor under this
contract.
4. In consideration of the expanded scope of work of Con-
tract No. A-101, as amended, the estimated cost and the fixed
fee have been revised and the Schedule (Revised May 1956) of
this contract is hereby amended as follows:
Delete paragraphs 1 and 2 under Section E (as
amended) - ESTIMATED COST AND FIXED FEE - in their entirety
and substitute in lieu thereof the following:
"SECTION E - ESTIMATED COST AND FIXED FEE
1. The estimated cost of the performance of this
contract amended by Amendments Nos. 1 to 12 inclu-
sive
2. The fixed fee for performance of this contract
as amended by Amendments Nos. 1 to 12 inclusive, is

5. All other terms, conditions, and requirements of Contract
No. A-101 as amended, remain unchanged.
6. Please indicate your receipt of this Amendment No. 12 to
Contract No. A-101 and your acceptance thereof by executing the
original and two copies of the Amendment. Return the fully
executed original and one copy to the undersigned and retain
one fully executed copy for your files.
