A large portion of the spare parts #l 'AK) for System 4
was delivered from Production stock to be packed for shipment
to your location. A. list is enclosed that consists of items
delivered from Production stock that did not appear on the
shipping documents to your location. It is believed that these
items were shipped and are on hand at your location. Please
survey your YAK. If you can locate any of these items,
check the quantity on hand against the shipping document and
have the supply officer acknowledge receipt of the balance.
Have this receipt returned to the factory.
In some cases the quantity shown on the enclosure
will be lass than on hand. The quantity on the shipping docu-
ment plus the quantity on the enclosure should total and equal
the quantity on hand. The list includes eighteen items. There
are only four of these items that really concern us. These are.
