Dear George:
For some reason, now extraordinarily difficult to vi:zualize, we
neglected to forward to you the technical exhibits prepared at the
time when authorization was requested for procurement of trans-
mitter and receiver crystals for System 2. These exhibits were pre-
.pared on June 11, 1956 and have resided comfortably in our vault
since that time.
The information contained in these exhibits will very .probably
be of interest to Harry and those of his associates who are concerned
with the evaluation and later utilization of System 2, and we are
forwarding them to you with the request that some or all of these be
transferred to Harry at your convenience.
