The System 4 flight testing program has been delayed by
the unavailability of aircraft and additional test requirements
to the point where additional overtime will be needed to
complete the program within the time scheduled. Your
approval is requested for 850 hours additional exempt over -
time at an estimated cost of $1, 000, and an additional 800
hours of non-exempt overtime the premium cost of which is
covered by your previous approvals of dollar amounts.
Your approval is also requested for 600 hours additional
non-exempt overtime for system test at an estimated cost
of $900, during the period ending 1 October 1957, in order
to meet delivery requirements to Customer C for System 3.
