During his visit last week, we discussed with ~~the
problems associated with getting out the first three sets of
G, H, J, and K racks and developed a plan for doing this in
as short a time as possible.
This plan involves laboratory construction of all three G
racks and perhaps part of the H racks. 0 was agreeable
to-the added cost which this might involve. A second require-
ment is that we work a 48-hour week schedule during the period
June 10 through August 4. Such a work schedule will involve
600 hours of exempt overtime at an estimated premium cost
of $950 and 700 hours of non-exempt overtime at an estimated
cost of $1, 050. Dauthorized us to proceed with this work
schedule starting June 10. Your approval is requested for the
additional overtime required.
