Accordingly, we have submitted to the Air Force .for approval a compensation plan for exempt personnel pro- viding for half-time premium payment up to $125. 00 per week, and $1.55 per hour premium pay from $125.00 to $250. 00 per week. If, as seems likely, the Air Force approves this policy, we will plan to put it into effect on February 13, 1956.
