,r- ""This note is intended as a follow-up of our telephone conversation
this afternoon during which I requested your tentative approval for over-
time work of our technicians in excess of the normal 40-hour work week,
and of shop personnel in excess of our normal 45-hour work week as
may be required to offset late delivery to us of purchased and fabricated
parts essential. to completion of deliverable items for System No. 1,
the total dollar value of such overtime to be limited to $500.00 or less.
~e'would appreciate receiving your written approval for such over-
time expenditures when it is convenient for your to provide it.
