1. Pursuant to your request, the, following actions have
been taken:
a. The Program Approval format has been revised and
the Program Request form will be eliminated.
b. The Funding Analysis and the Summary of Programming
and Obligations forms have been combined and will reference the
programs in question.
2.. It is recommended that the Program Approval included
in this folder for GUSTO be approved by the DCI as soon as
possible.
