1. PURPOSE-. To transfer funds from the Thompson, Ramo-Wooldridge "Time
and Materi s Contract (A-102)" to the "Call Contract (EF-CT-699)".
2. Description of Work or Services Rey red: To fulfill unforeseen
requirements or spares and provide additional bonded stocks for rapid turn-
around on System III Circuit Boards. This will provide a more equitable
distribution of funding between the two aforementioned contracts. Such
transfer vas necessitated by the decision to purchase new encapsulated elec-
trical assemblies for the purpose of rebuilding boards in the System III
under the "Call Contract", rather than having old assemblies repaired under
the "Time and Materials Contract". This will reduce delivery lead time and
provide a more dependable system through increased efficiency.
