To establish for the remainder of the fiscal year an open-end call type contract
and a time-and-material type contract required to furnish as requested additional
1equipment, provide spares for existing equipment and repair of in use
equipment manufactured by David Clark Co.
2. DESCRIPTION OF WORK OR SERVICES REQUIRED (Outline firm tasks, iihowing contractors and contract price under each
task. A task is "firm" when the scope of work is known, when a contractor has been selected, and when the price is
known within 10%.)
a. Work and services to be performed by the David Clark Co., Worcester, Mass.
b. Open-end fabricate new pressure suits, gloves, helmet bladders,
shoes, heavy and intermediate coveralls and pneumatic cushions as required.
c. Time-and-material: repair and retailor pressure suits, replace
e1met ladder seals and generally replace perishable rubber items in
garments.

a. Services requested in this program approval leave not been previously budgeted
for, since Air Force funds were cited for requirements.
