January 15, 1959, DPD-0381-59.

We are returning Exhibit 59-4 to you. It was returned to
us for verification of the total price of items numbered
1, 8, and 20. It appears these items were questioned
because of 'tstrike-overs" on the master copies. However,
these "strike-overs" were corrected so that the copies
reproduced from them were perfectly legible. These copies
were attached to the masters when submitted to you.
While we shall endeavor at all times to submit master
copies which contain no "strike-overs, we do feel it is
not necessary to return the masters to us if the copies
they produce are correct.
