Report
"Under the provisions of the Patent Rights Article of the subject contract,
Contractor hereby reports that to the best of his information and belief,
there were no Subject Inventions conceived or first reduced to practice
in the performance of this contract.
"Under the Royalty Reporting Article of the subject contract, a letter
dated 30 August 1955 from the Headquarters of the Department of the
Navy is submitted in lieu of the royalty report. A Department of
the Navy 3 May 1957 letter indicating that our report for the year
1956 was received is also attached.
"To the best of our knowledge, no subcontract has been issued for
$3,000 or more which included payment for experimental, developmental
or research work under the contract.
