Gentlemen:
It is requested that the first payment to our personnel be made for the monthly
period ending June 1957, Ref. Ia. Succeeding payments should be made on a
monthly basis at the close of each month in accordance with the procedures
established for other Detachment operations. The first payment to our per-
sonnel to be made for the monthly period ending Sept. 1957, Ref. lb.
