SUBJECT: Modification of System 4 and Associated Equipment
TO: Contracting Officer
Reference letter dated 3 June 1958, CMCC Doc. No.
151x5.1131, which forwarded the contractor's technical
proposal for modifications of the System 4 airborne equip-
ment, test set,, and associated ground data-handling equip-
ment. These modifications are approved and are desired in
all equipment being furnished to Customer No. 3.
It is requested that the contractor be authorized to
incorporate the changes as proposed. At the same time, please
obtain a cost estimate for this work and a revised delivery
schedule for equipment to be modified. 1
