Dear George:
The enclosed proposal covers the development and fabrication
work on System 5 and four (4) special transistorized amplifiers,
associated power supplies, and antenna tuning motors required
by Jim S. in connection with the System 5 program.
Exhibit A is a brief description of System 5. As you know
the system was delivered December 6, 1956. The other items
of equipment were delivered to Jim at the end of October except
the special power supplies we built were ultimately not used and
regular System 1 power supplies replaced them.
The estimated cost of this work is the fixed 25X1
