for four thousand hours of design and drafting time to augment our per-
sonnel during the next few months when a large number of drawings will

authorization for procurement of this contract labor is requested.
On the six (6) Systems 1's recently transferred from Harry's order
to the project, it is our understanding that you want a complete set of
cables fabricated to go with these, but you do not want us to order any
additional antennas at the present time. Nor were antennas or cables
ordered for the diversion of nine (9) systems from Harry's order made
in your 10 July 1956 letter. We will pan to manufacture nine (9) sets
of cables for this diversion also, but we will not change the quantity of
antennas. It is feeling that there may not be sufficient
antennas ordered for the enlarged project needs.
