The standard Model III Flight Research 16 mm synchronous camera manu-
factured by Flight Research Company is a stock item distributed in this
area by Traid Corporation. This camera, together with standard Fairchild
and Bell and Howell accessories, was purchased at same price paid by
government agencies. Engineering modification requirements to adapt the
camera to our specifications were placed with Traid Corporation, since
its experience in this field as a representative of Bell and Howell is
extensive. Items 5, 6, and 7 fall in this category and the price charged
is considered fair and reasonable.
