Attached is a copy of Jim's comments on Informal Progress
Letter No. 2 which is being forwarded for your information and
for such comment as may be appropriate.
We are pushing your requirements for the APR's and have
obtained top level assurance that they will be made available.
Jim will work out the procedural details with Navy on Monday
the 15th, and we hope to be in touch with you at that time to
advise with respect to your placing purchase orders.
Looks as if the meeting; we talked about will have to be
held in November after Dick comes back from his overseas trip
(scheduled for the latter part of October). I will consult
with you later as to a mutually agreeable date,
