1. Letter Contract No and Amendment No. 1 thereto
provide for theoretical studies and investigations in the field
of electromagnetic radiation in connection with Project RAINBOW.
2. Amendment No. 2 to the letter contract has been drawn
pursuant to the mutual agreement between the contracting parties
to extend the date for definitizin; the contract from 15 August
1957 to 15 October 1957.
3. Amendment No. 2 to the letter contract does not change
the contract price.
4.Concurrence in the issuance and execution of Amendment
No. 2 to Letter Contract No.-by the authorized Project
Contracting Officer is recommended.
