s memorandum contains a recommendation submitted
approval of the Project Director. Such recommendation
et forth in Paragraph 5.
2. Contract No. 7S-99 covers training of bailie field
service tesme to service and maintain photographic evipment
being procured from Nycon Mfg. Company and The Perkin..EImer
Corporation. The contract covered the period 18 'Rine 1955
klirouel 30 November 1957.
3. Amendment No. 5 established a fixed redetermined
price for the period 18 June 1955 through 30 June 1957 in
the smcunt of $385d16.87. This Amendment No. 6 establishes
? fixed *mount of $47,000.00 for the period 1 .341.Y4957
through 3D November 1957 or a total of $2,1.76.87 for the
entire contract period. Reference is made to liremorandum for
the Recoia dated 25 Earth 19581 SAPC No. 25705,sUbject as
above. This memorandum requested approval of $46i091.41 as
the price fbr the period 1 July 1957 through 30 November 1957.-
Novever, it VIRS stated that Contractor had not agreed to this
price. Subsequently, it became necessary to have further
negotiations with the Contractor and s final price of $47,000.00
ass agreed to by both parties. Therefore this Memo for
the Record supersedes the one dated 25 Ma;oh 1958. /
4. As a result of the foregoing, this Astendment No. 6
results in a net decrease of $25,67043,10hieh should be liquida-
ted against Fiscal Tear 1957 =Mit funds. By concurrence to
this Memorandum, the Project Comptroller signifies that funds
have been liquidated as specified Above.
