It is suggested that a contract amendment be written on a firm fixed price basis to cover the performance of this added scope of work as presented in the attached enclosure. To the best of our knowledge and belief, there have been no inventions conceived or first reduced to practice under this contract. (Provision 26C and E) To the best of our knowledge and belief, no copyrightable material has been produced or composed under this contract.
