We herewith submit our proposal in accordance with agreements reached
in reference (b) conference for necessary work in addition to that work
performed under reference (a) contract.
It is suggested that a contract amendment be written on a firm fixed price
basis to cover the performance of this added scope of work as presented
in the attached enclosure.
To the best of our knowledge and belief, there have been no inventions
conceived or first reduced to practice under this contract. (Provision
26C and E)
To the best of our knowledge and belief, no copyrightable material has
been produced or composed under this contract. (Provision 24)
There was no Government property furnished to as for the performance
of this contract. (Provision 23)
