1. V-setir3 were held recently with
rr4zt and Whitne In generated by order to pursue the investigation of unrest regarding producibility of PWA-.523 fuel.
2. Unanimoun comment indicates that crude availability,
process availability, and specification requirements will not limit
quantity production of subject fuel. At the some time, assurance
must be provided for a continuing quantity market in order to provide
the incentive required for modification and allocation of refinery
capacity.
3. Solicitation of proposals from industry will require
apecialieed technical briefings rather than normal govmmental pro-
curement channels.
4. Monitored handling and storage experience will be required
for implementation of subject fuel usage.
5. Possible approaches for gaining handling and operational
experience Will be covered by a seperate memorandum.
