They will be briefed here in the Control Center starting at 0900 EST on 9 December and then they will participate in a seminar along with other members of their commands and Operations Division. 2. only, will be given a briefing on D/FA activities as a whole, covering the total aspect of this part of the Office of Special ? Activities. The objective is to inform them of how this office functions with respect to IDEALIST in particular and at the same time to introduce necessary side issues (such as OXCART) so that they are fully aware of the total responsibility of D/FA. We want to "tell the story of D/FA". 3. Division and staff chiefs will prepare their presentations along the following general guidelines. This outline is not intended to be restrictive, but rather is suggestive of the tenor of the presentation.
