concurrence of the undersigned. Such recommendation is contained in

2. Contract No. BB-300 covers procurement of various equipment
from by the Agency. Amendment Nos. 1 - 6 to Contract No. BB-300
give recognition to the effect of the Novvatioa Agreement Merger and.
Assiut of Contracts set forth in Amendment No. 4 to Contract No.
BB-375. Since agreement and a acceptance was made by both parties under
said a amendment, the attached Amendment is being 'written on a
unilateral basis.
