I am forwarding a copy of Headquarters SAC letter regarding
your final report on Project The attachment to
this letter is rather specific in its exceptions to the report
and I believe an answer is due in most instances.
I would suggest that you review all of these comments and
furnish a written reply as soon as possible to me. We can then
iron out any differences at the meeting with SAC, AFCIN, ITL,
and Project Headquarters on 10 April 1961. 'This meeting is
scheduled for 9:00 at the Pentagon Annex No. 3, Maj. W. Biely's
office.
