etc., it has been noted that the-reference-outlini --procedures
for Control Center access is in bad need of updating. However,
rather than just parrot the same words, it is desired to got
a current and valid policy.
2. As for my recommendations -- I would like very much
to have a restatement of policy from both your office and
the AD/OSA. The people over whom I have no control - except
by the authority of your offices - are the ones who are
likely to be most restricted.
