omptroller's Office, Mr. James A. Cunningham. and the undersigned
gave an historical briefing to concerning IDEALIST.
OXCART, CORONA, and the associated projects on 24 February 1964,
in the DCI Conference Room. The briefing required approximately two
hours and was primarily devoted to nonfinancial program aspects. It
is understood that there was a financial review following our presen-
tation. ndicates that the conference and briefing were
