REFERENCE Memorandum from D/FA/OSA to AD/OSA, dated
4 February 1964; Subject: Request
Authorization to Expend Funds in the
Amount of $3,430.00. (OSA 0712-64)
1 The reference memorandum provides for modificat-on
of S facsimile ADFAX converters at a cost of $428.75 each
by of Silver Spring, Maryland.
2. The present method of operation requires that the
converters be provided with 120 RPM scan filters instead
of the 60 RPM scan filters now installed.
3. The 120 RPM scan filters can be furnished and in-
stalled by concurrent!, with tmodification on-
uph 1 above ._"a cost of $c 3 ~.o96

4z. Accordingly, it is requested that the funding
provided for in the reference be increased by $834.96.
