The Communication Division's comment on the Commander
Report is:
1. Phone in the Signal Center should either be located
outside room preferably or else equipped with Jack plug dis-
connect and ringer assembly device.
2. "Old" kleinschmidt teletype gear should be ed
to base comma technicians. We're in dark regarding a urn
crated equipment. Please identify contents and any remarks
cured or leased by Detachment from Base Contractor. Advise
if your understanding conflicts.
