3. 1 -1 LIAISON Hal Ford, Senate Select
Committee on Intelligence staff, was at Headquarters and
reviewed comments of individual agencies on his study of
intelligence on China. After his review, Ford said he needs
to do some more interviewing and then will want to look at
the comments again.
7. LIAISON Sent via courier to Chuclk
Snodgrass, House Appropriations Committee staff, a 19 July 1978
letter from the DDCI to the Chairman forwarding the Report on
Budget Execution for the CIA Retirement and Disability Fund for
30 June 1978. This letter was delivered previously and was
inadvertently sent back to us. 1O=
