SUBJECT : May 1978 ADP Briefings for the HPSCI Subcomittee
on Evaluation
1. Attached are two CIA formal statements, the first on Agency ADP
and the second on the joint management agreements that will govern the
consolidated CIA/DIA development of Project SAFE. These statements are
provided for your review and transmittal to the HPSCI.
2. CIA's principal witness for our hearing on May 8, 1978 will be
Mr. Clifford D. May, Jr' Director of the Office of Data Processing. He
will be supported by Chief of Computer Services, National
Photographic Interpretation Center.
