SUBJECT: Clearance Access for PMlej,-ber of Sejiata
.Select Committee on Intelligence
1_. In response to Mr. Miller`s letter of 13 SeptembVr
1973 and pursuant to the 23 July 1976 Memorandum of Under
standing between the Attorney General and the Senate
Select Committee on Intelligence, I have reviewed the
suiiizary memorandum on Ms. Diane Marie Uranagan, as supplied
to the Senate Select Committee by the Director of the
Federal Bureau of Investigation. I find that she does meet
the requirements of Executive Order 10450 for access to
classified information up to and including Top Secret. Sage
also meets the criteria for access to sensitive coripartmeatec
information as established by Director of Central Intelli,enc.e
Directive No. 1/14, dated 13 May 1976.
2. In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding
of 21' January 1977 between the Senate Select Committee and
this Agency, returned herewith is the summary memorandum
*.containing the results of the investigation of the above-
mentioned individual.
