SUBJECT : DDCI Appearance before HSCA
1. Mr. Blakey phoned early this afternoon to con-
firm the appearance of Mr. Carlucci on Monday, 11
December, between 1400 and 1700.
2. I told Mr. Blakey that Mr. Carlucci's prepared
statement might not take much more than half an hour,,
and that it would be very general. We discussed some
of the things he hoped we would comment on, and they
are covered in the present draft. Unless the Committee
wants to cover an awful lot of territory it is diffi-
cult to believe there will be 2-1/2 hours of question-
ing.
3. We are working on some possible questions and
answers-type of material.
