Approved For Release 2006/09/19: CIA-RDP81 M00980R000700040039-9 11%i E E -AL U SE 0NLY OLC 78-1654/1 21 April 1978 Acting Chief, Coordination and Review Staff/OLC MEMORANDUM FOR: 0 SA DO 0 FROM : ULU/C&R Fraser Su co mittee Re-Interview With 1. The re-interview requested in the attached letter is sc e uled for 3:00 p.m., Friday, 21 April in the C'R Conference Room. I will be at an NFAC Conference at that day, and will thus be unable to attend. 2. II Because we have determined that this re-interview should be treated as "old" information, paragraph two of the Addendum to the Memorandum of Understanding will not be applicable; the re-interview will be conducted by Larry Sulc and Gordon Freedman (the "designated" staffers referred to in paragraph two are Michael J. Hershman and Beverley Lumpkin). 3. 0 Neither side feels it necessary to invoke the letter of paragraph six of the original Memorandum of Understanding, which calls for the taking of a verbatim record. Subcommittee notes must, however, be properly classified and sanitized before removal from our premises. 0 N LY Approved For Release 2006/09/19: CIA-RDP81 M00980R000700040039-9
