The Committee met, pursuant to notice, at 10:06 o'clock
a.m., in Room 1318, Dirksen Senate Office Building, the
Honorable Barry Goldwater (Vice Chairman of the Committee)
presiding.
Present: Senators Goldwater (presiding), Huddleston,
Chafee and Wallop.
